Stuart Blair, CAIA, Director of Research, participated on a panel entitled Using ETFs to Enter New Markets and Sectors at the 2016 IMN Global Indexing & ETFs Conference.  The panel, composed of both advisors and creators and providers of ETFs, discussed the ongoing innovation in the ETF market and the associated risks with utilizing new and small ETFs.

Alex Cochran, Vice President, participated on a panel entitled The Hunt for Yield.  The panel, composed of advisors, money managers, and creators and providers of indices and ETFs, discussed areas of the market that investors typically target when they want to increase the yield on their portfolio; Master Limited Partnerships (MLPs), high yield bonds, Treasuries, REITs, and income producing equities were the specific asset classes discussed by the panel.
