For the fifth consecutive year, Canterbury Consulting has been awarded as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Orange County.

The Orange County Business Journal conducts an annual employee survey to acknowledge employers for their exemplary treatment, recruitment, and retention of employees. The honor is an indication of employee satisfaction, highlighting the company’s dedication to cultivating a solid organizational culture and prioritizing the well-being of its employees through policies, practices, and benefits.

The Business Journal collaborated with the Workforce Research Group to conduct the annual survey. The questionnaire consisted of two parts: the first evaluated workplace policies and practices, while the second, more significant part used an employee survey to measure firsthand experience. The Workforce Research Group analyzed the data and formulated the final rankings based on the results.

The survey was open to all types of employers in Orange County, including public and private entities, for-profit and non-profit organizations, and government agencies. To participate, they were required to have a minimum of 15 part-time and full-time employees and have been in operation for at least one year prior to the survey.
